  Refunds

  Forklen does not accept returns or exchanges of items. However, we do provide refunds for damaged items, provided that you submit photo or video evidence of the damage.

  The refund process will take 7 business days from the date the product is received by the customer. We will send you a Refund Notification email to inform you once the refund has been completed.
